Onimaru Kunitsuna, the legendary Japanese sword meaning "The Demon Slayer" is now taking form as a living being to fulfill the wishes of the Saniwa who wants to take down the Time Retrograde Army from altering the history.

Though when the Saniwa ordered one of his fellow, a young saintess, to be his guardian for a while... Things are turning into unexpected ones.
