The Villains alter ego

The main character transmigrates into the novel he most recently read called the dark hero’s salvation after getting drunk and writing an angry review. He possessed the villain Heron Delilah, who was executed in the end after kidnapping the heroine and locking her in the tower of the end and finds himself just before Heron dies when the guillotine hit he finds himself 2 months before the original novel started but for some reason Heron is still alive inside of him and reads his memories of the novel world. They strike a deal once things settle in that they share the same body, and agree on a rocky relationship to help each other ensure safety to the end.
