not really push ups and pull ups can be used to train your back muscles where your upper bodies power comes from this is a good start as anyone can run on their own fairly well which would be better done already tired

not necessarily usually someone with better training is better at being an actual hero when it comes to marvel they are usually just weaker and can't take out the big bads

But was it impossible? No, you'd just have to give your life's hard work to end up as a relatively mediocre hero… Unless you decide on taking a tony stark approach and making some high tech armor.

sunny and nephis are fated for eachother Sunny being attached to Nephis is important and her treatment towards him is too important you'll be writing a completely different story if you do that Sunny is meant to struggle and become strong Nephis is meant to be a light to lead people in the dark they are both fated to become heroes The changing star and lost from light are meant to be master and slave not for someone else to come in and replace the slave's position at this rate it'd be better to have him make sure Effie doesn't go to Antarctica and if she does she can't go to THAT battle so Sunny doesn't need to find a particular way to save her what should happen is he should replace Nephis in staying while the rest go when they leave the forgotten shore this will allow Nephis and them to gain the strength they need and should make Sunny go to the antarctic sooner as she is what makes him want to go and he should probably be able to get out sooner because he already knows the way

P.S: I know I said Nephis was not going to be involved with the MC much, but..... uh.... I kinda got a change of heart after writing her POV's out. What do you guy's think? Write in the comment part provided below.
