Not to mention the effort it takes in keeping the observation active. It's not like Spiderman's Spidey sense where it's constantly active and can identify the 'threats' immediately. Not to mention, Reiju is not a threat. Remember. No ill will, no bad emotions. If you want more proof, then Sabo (freaking Sabo) managed to sneak up on Luffy completely undetected while not trying to hide at all. Luffy crashed Katakuri's mochi house while he was eating doughnuts. Showing that not even the strongest keep their observation active 24/7. So with the combination of this...not really.
