Before reading I wanted to ask if this novel has family development and I have read many historical novels and I like the creation of a good descendant for the empire
I really enjoy the story, the main character isn't generic or stupid, he is likable and very human. The plot itself is good so far, with a lot of potential. Thank you for your hard work.
You should not put misleading labels, since, although the term cultivation can also be understood as cultivating your forces (army, supplies, etc.), in most cases it is associated with the cultivation of qi, and many will come here thinking that it is a cultivation novel, although somewhat rare, but still the novel is good, I recommend it
Can anybody tell me if MC has modern knowledge in this novel (as in reincarnated from future) and from which chapter kingdom building starts ???? thanks.
Upvote first! I'll read this after finishing the other War novels I am reading, it will get confusing if I'm gonna read this as well at the same time, as I'm already reading 5 War novels.
The story is very good and pretty I I triguing if you enjoy history. The one thing that repeatedly bothers me is the poor grammar. Many of the sentences are run on and use the wrong word tense or choice. A lot of the time your mind will be autocorrecting the chapters. However, the story and the characters are great and fully fleshed out. If the author decided to get an editor, I could see this novel being one of the top 15 on this site.
Antonius as the MC is different from the real life Antonius II who ruled Byzantium aka Constantinople back then.
Antonius II emerged from monastery.
This alternate Antonius is wild like Jack Sparrow. and i like it. 💪💪💪
The books a great way to spend your time, by reading it you would try to speculate how it will goor how the world will be after the novel ends. Books like theese greatly interest me, so i reccomend anyone else who have enough time to read it to.

I haven't read your story much. It's just a few chapters to browse through. I'm interested in history, that's why I'm here!
I like the spelling. If you still maintain the initial quality, I give you a standing ovation. Your characters look alive. Your descriptions and narration are admirable.
the year 1453 is the beginning of a new era. It is a very important point in history. One war and one sultan. Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror conquered Constantinople with the old name of Istanbul. They are a kind of religious war. The Turks fought to do what the Prophet, who they believed in as a Muslim nation, said several centuries ago. Yes, a couple of centuries ago!!!
Because many historical religious-war events took place during these periods.
The Ottoman Empire was born on a small island. A principality consisting of several tents.
The Turks went after greenery and sedentary life. Naturally, they entered into a struggle with the Byzantines. At first, small frictions turned into large square battles as the Turks grew stronger. Christians conducted the crusades for the first time- if I remember decently - between 1095 and 1097.
The Turks relied on hunting and animal husbandry for food. a 7-year-old boy is trained to hunt in combat decently, a teenager who is 15-14 years old could shoot 100 arrows in a row on the battlefield. Most people were healthy and strong because of their Konar migratory lives.
The Turks were a warrior race by birth. This has been proven in many parts of history. They say he's not afraid of death. This phrase is wrong, we are afraid! But even if we know about death, we will move forward. Because we are a nation that believes that death is the beginning. If anyone doesn't believe it, just do an in-depth study of Turkish history. Why do we see death as the beginning? Because we are Muslims. There is a social attack on Muslims in the modern period. Unfortunately, those who do this are, first of all, those who find themselves in an academically advanced place, in the highest position in a country.
Well, as a Turk, I can say one thing for sure. We are nationalists. Both are very. Praise us in my homeland, everyone smiles at you. This is not negative racism. As Ataturk, the founder of Turkey said: "Turkish nationalism is on the path of progress and expansion, and in international contacts and relations, it walks parallel to all modern nations and decisively with them, while preserving the special characters of Turkish society and its independent identity in itself."
What I'm wondering is, how much truth is there in your book? I have more or less knowledge in terms of historical issues. I wondered.
I have read a few books. In the modern period, some people declare the murderers Muslims and the Turks barbarians. Although there are people who take a step back and evaluate objectively, the majority of the public belongs to the racist segment.
Even though I want to read the majority of your book, I can't find the opportunity.
He's a writer, man! My review is a little long, thank you for reading it all.
There once was a dream. A dream of civilization, order and glory. A dream of kingdoms, republics and empires. A dream to purge this rotten world from the barbarians that infested it! A dream... called Rome.
I love this book it's one of the best ones on this app it has a great story line and always keeps you interested definitely the best book on this app that I've read so far keep up the good work
I wanted to read it as it is looking good. But before that if I can learn two things I will be very happy. First is there any nationalism involves in it as I am Turkish and if it is extreme it will better for me to not to read at all and second one would be if is it contains multiple pov's then I just cant enjoy that kindbof novelsnovels which uses multiple pov's constantly.
I've read until chapter 120. So far the story is very intriguing and the characters are quite well developed. I do have some complains though. Constantine was very underwhelming. In history, he seemed a lot more proactive and strong willed. Here, he seems like a pessimist and weak willed person. He should be more active, trying to use his power and not let others control him. And to add insult to injury, he had to have a falling out with Antonius! He should be a hero even if he isn't the protagonist, not a lowly pawn. I really hope that you redeem him and not have Antonius have to overthrow him.
As a sidenote, I hope that Antonius adopts Orthodoxy and that it doesn't submit to the Pope, or at least not for good or they try to unite the churches to the pre-schism status.
Please, if you are willing to address my hopes and spoiling the story a little, I will greatly appreciate it!
I find this book a perfect example of an alternate history where Constantinople doesn't fall to the Ottomans. Good job on the historical background of the world at this time. Nice job on the characters and there developments into this story.
