Nah this guy definitely bought these reviews. This is actually just a copy paste of every other Chinese trash. The only moto the mc has is to face slap, make enemies and cure the random yin beauties he finds. Seriously no way can I find a more clìched novel than this

The book is truly amazing and awesome . the characters are relatable and esasyto understand and the actions and face slapping is truly to beautiful. I recommend this book wholeheartedly.

This was my first novel, so take my stars. Huuhahaha

I've read through to chapter 2600. The writing isn't bad and the character's unyielding personality is interesting. He won't bow to anyone. His sidekicks are a really (really) degenerate bunch. So much a** r****g. Trouble is, him not bowing leads to plot armor every time in order to avoid him bowing or giving in. Quite formulaic and no suspense since he won't bow anyways, you're just reading to find out how he can avoid showing any deference to this super powerful higher cultivation guy in front of him. He has so many wives the author needed to create plot armor against them so that the MC can meet new wives and build relationships with the new most beautiful wife. The harem aspect here is bad. Half or so of the battles that happen are because his wife took her veil off, or modified her appearance but "You just can't hide that figure, it's world ending" so the MC has to get involved. Formulaic. Finally, the cultivation aspect is lacking; breakthroughs lack 'oomph.' Accumulation is solved by throwing lots of energy at the MC and he absorbs it while comprehension is non-existent and boils down to sitting under a tree for a couple hours. MC is strong because his tribulation is slightly stronger than his current level but so what, he's like 10x stronger than his current level so he tribulates the lightning and not the other way around.

Typical novel where MC starts in the lowest realm in the weakest kingdom, where a teenager in the next kingdom has the power to topple his previous kingdom. Such a big plot hole… if every kingdom he visits is so weak why aren’t they taken over and harvested when even teenagers or rouge cultivators can do it. Aside from that he progresses through made up cultivation ranks that are never ending. A bunch of face slapping and that’s basically the novel.

Basic novel from homophobic author. MC powers up, he is seen as genius for his age, beats high cultivation people, moves to new area with people of even higher cultivation. rinse & repeat. Side characters/chicks are useless and you end up forgetting about them until they are brought up again. Translation is also basic, lots of repetition that could have been removed but gotta make up for the words count!! Homosexuality is depicted as a sin and disgusting and deserving of death by the author.

One of the few novels where the author does not even understand their own power system. Constant plot holes and retcons makes readin the book extremely difficult and frustrating. Almost no combat is present in the book, and the fights are never detailed. It is like watching a quick recap. Supporting Characters lack presence, and you would not know they were present unless stated to be. Overall, this novel is Extremely slow paced, and lacks any form of substance.

I'll make this review curt. Needless and random explanations, extending a basic scene to countless times the size they could be, and the repeated, constant, mindless writing about women. We're not an abstract creature from another realm. Please. Please just be human and stop obsessing over every single female in existence. It bleeds into the writing, making the story's already-drawn-out writing a hundred-fold worse, blanketing it in an immature light. Is this MC not some ancient person, having lived for 200 years and spent 10,000 years or so reading a scroll? Why does he sound like a desperate 16 year old?

Super repetitive. Same information given over and over until you stop reading. Spoiled side character causes problems Mc beats them. Same thing over and over again. At chapter 120 so far. World set up is good maybe under another author.

The MC is kind of a door-mat, that was always stepped on by his enemies. This is not even a novel that have an MC that is always being chased, this MC is just a door-mat. OR! maybe the door-mat MC is another novel that have Alchemy god/emperor on it's name. Freaking Chinese novels that have always the same name and almost the same story.

I left other opinions here, but the more I read, the more generic and bad it becomes, besides having many ways to strengthen yourself and overcome battle power to fight with people of higher level, here there is a pointless thing of battle prowess that has no basis, besides, a disgusting thing is that the mc responds to provocations and acts arrogant because he was someone of heavenly level, but the only people who suffer are the people related to him, no one has a good ending or is free of humiliation and death relating to the mc.

Fun read, checks all the usual boxes, decent cultivation system/techniques, good proportions of comedy, action, romance/smut, face-slapping, lore.... I'm only about halfway through it, but so far I'm very, very much enjoying this novel.

The story might actually be decent. Unfortunately the translator isn't really doing it justice since the translation is barely a step above machine translation.

Bear in mind if you venture to read this novel, the author is lazy, uses the old Chinese novel formulas, and still abuses the use too much. Mc is a former cultivator at the height of power, but he reincarnates with a childish attitude and keeps bringing trouble to his poor clan. Junk plots, mc beats, beats and humiliates enemies, but leaves them alive for future attacks from their elders. Of course, let's not forget the terrible coincidences of always the mc is in the right place at the right time, or in the wrong place at the wrong time. ex: walking in the mountains, I stumbled on a spiritual fruit that was what I needed to pass the level and only serves my current cultivation... how lucky.... however, a young master decided to pass by in the same place and the same time, and wants to steal the mc... More importantly, like all cultivation novels, the mc will always rise from world to world, or plane to plane. This is nothing more than a reset, as he becomes weak again and follows the same footsteps and clichés as the previous world. Nothing changes, lazy Chinese writing. Little joke to cheer you up: China is so communist that even romance writers share their plots.
