Really well written story and what kept me reading on this app! [img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend]
I read this a long time ago, but forgot to create a review, to any new readers I'd recommend reading through it and sticking through it until the end, that's what I did and it's one of the few stories that I actually managed to finish. It provided me much joy and anticipation to read through this every day, it even made me feel better throughout my freshmen year of high school, I even read it on my free periods too, it was something to look forward to throughout the day for me, and maybe you might end up enjoying it as I have.
Sincerely, LilStubbs
The overall development of the story was well-paced and sufficiently detailed. Considering the fact that it is a web novel, tension was maintained throughout consistently and organically. The foreshadowing was done rather well, too.
I'd read the first 50 chapters of this story at the webnovel's account on wattpad and I'm hooked at the storyline so I'm right here posting a review 'cause I need FAST PASS!!!!! (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
I started reading this novel while waiting for another novel to update, and even though the other updated several chapters already, I couldn't pause this novel at all.
the pacing is fast but isn't rushed at all, I missed several days worth of sleep for this novel, and I regret only one thing, that it ended
Goes premium 40 chapters in. AKA, extremely expensive and greedy website is getting more and more greedy.
You can't save fast passes because of the expiration date, you can barely make 3 passes a day without spending money which is just ridiculous, spirit stones are incredibly hard to get without just outright buying them, and overall I just really dislike how scummy of a website this is. 2 years ago it was bad but manageable, now it's just downright unreasonable. Oh but don't worry, it's YOUR fault for not supporting the author, it's not Webnovel's fault that they charge all this for a single non-professionally written book. If you google why Webnovel is hated, maybe you'll understand just how bad it is, but I honestly cba with how greedy this sight has become, or more accurately, always has been.
By far one of the most amazing reads I have ever read in my entire life. This book is amazing and I look forward to many more publishes from this author. Absolutely mindblowing of a read, super immersive and makes you so attached to the characters, that my heart almost broke when it ended. I reccomend this to anyone who loves a good "realistic" fantasy. Well done Mo Xiang, well done.
Thanks for the Awesome Characters Having Amazing Adventures In an Ongoing Story-line with out plot-holes and with generous amount of funny moments throughout
good book, starts off quite slow but the ending was like a peak just the right speed to end a story. probably did rush it a little slot of plot lines remain unexplored
Pretty interesting world. I wish they developed a bit more of the human nations but what was developed was very good. The romance wasn't overbearing or a flow killer. The fights were solid and the MC was intelligent.
this is a great read there are very few books on here that I have enjoyed as much or more. the translations and grammar in this novel are fantastic. the characters in this novel are well fleshed out and rarely forgotten though at times they may not be around for a while. The world is interesting and develops well the power structures and political structures make sense. The main character is powerful but you see him grow and not just be handed everything and have to work for it. the enemies are for the most part intelegent and many are interesting in their own right. my final thoughts about this book is that if you are looking for a well written and interesting story this is a great one to choose and I would highly recommend this to anyone who asks.
I just finished this book. The MC in not just a OP mage but a jack of all trades. I think the title should be changed to "The Jack of all trades, master of all"
First light novel I have read. It was fun. Since then, I have become more addicted to reading stuffs like this. The most unforgettable part to me in this entire novel is when Link made Gretel cry, became a dragon and the starting chapters where he cleverly used level zero spells to play his enemies to death. It was honestly exhilarating. I want to read more stuffs with magic-context and clever uses of them. It is all because of link. Thank you link.
The story was pretty good for the most part. Around 500 chapters Or so it started to get super rushed. I just felt like the ending was pretty rushed. It started out so great, The characters were pretty well developedThe story progressed pretty well up until then. Overall it is not a Bad read.
Hi ,
This is Tynan, I am an editor from another platform that focuses on adventurous Genre Fictions. After reading your “Advent of the Archmage”, I decided to contact you and if possible, to extend you an invitation on distributing your works. However, there are so little I can talk about it here. If you were interested, please contact me via tynan@ringdomstory.com
, then I should take opportunity to discuss it with you in detail.
It was a great pleasure to meet your story.
Sincerely
Tynan
Starts off decent then it starts dragging with many asspulls and forced fights, many plotholes too. Despite magicians being said to be "very intelligent" they act like absolute retards including the mc
This story actually has an end!!! This alone is worth it.
It's been a while since I read it, but as far as I remember it had not too many clichés and the character development isn't top notch.
