Well, the Gods had their way and he is reincarnated....as an overpowered loli who not only has the trait insanity but is prone to getting angry very quickly over nothing. To say that he, cough cough, she, is pissed is an understatement.
It doesn't help that the Gods also like to prank her...a lot.
