I would pick the "Killed off by Orochimaru" route for his team...

Just kill them, OC'S are annoying af. We want to see a Naruto ff, so seeing some random character no one give's a sh*t, is annoying imo.

mate, he can still pass chunin exam with his performance on exam. he just need them through 2nd test. you can abandon them, for example when passing 2nd exam, his teammates got injured so they no longer able to continue.

I forgot to say about it but shouldn't his will power stat increase cause of him training his observation Haki instead of just passively increasing with his Chakra? This way his chakra reserves will increase even faster since you said Chakra level is double of his will power. Please think about it.

One teammate could break down on the first mission outside the village possibly running into bandits as killing isn't for everyone and soon retire afterwards and the second could die in a accident or disappear as a experiment for orochi

errr. hinata, kiba, shino should be team 8 not 9. pretty sure team 9 was maito guy's team of neji, tenten and lee from the previous year.
