"You will come with me to my kingdom, as my concubine." His firm and assertive tone obviously advised me to not argue any further but my strong spirit refused to act submissive to this man.

"I am the princess of this very kingdom, Your Highness. What makes you think that I'll come with you as a mere concubine and tarnish my own kingdom's name, just like that?" His brown eyes shone in rage as mine did with determination and defiance.

He took long strands towards me and in just a moment of time, he was right in front of me. His tall height made me feel like a cornered bunny but resisted the urge to avert my eyes. "I won your Kingdom by fair war, princess." He spat out the last word like venom. "By law, you're no longer a princess so, you're gonna do exactly as I say, or else I will strip you down right here and show you what disobeying me, will cost you."
